The spark for FBS came in the summer of 2019, during a family trip to Morocco. Wandering through vibrant souks, I was inspired by the mountains of fragrant herbs and spices. Fresh, unprocessed, and full of life. I knew then that I wanted to bring that same quality and authenticity to Somali spice mixes here in the UK, where they’re often hard to find.
